From Equality to Exposing Kids: The Woke Competition Gets Extreme

In recent years, the world of woke ideologies has taken a turn for the extreme. What started as a necessary movement towards equality has turned into a competition for who can be the most “woke”. Americans are navigating an ever-changing landscape of topics ranging from race to LGBTQ rights and other sensitive issues.

One of the latest badges of honor in this world is white shame. Feeling terrible for being white and privileged was once a way to prove one’s woke status. Overcompensating for the sins of the past was in vogue, and showing off how one had done so was a way to impress one’s peers.

But today, a new badge of honor has emerged: exposing one’s children to drag queens. Parents who can bring their kids to events where drag queens sexually dance in front of them are seen as cutting-edge in the world of woke ideologies. Confused sexuality is now being touted as something children need to be exposed to in order to prove their parents’ woke status.

But what is the goal of all this? It’s not entirely clear. Perhaps we need to consult child psychology experts to understand the impact that such displays will have on children. Is the goal to have children’s drag events? We simply don’t know.

To some, the idea of drag queens exposing themselves to kids is a controversial and concerning topic. While the original intention of the woke movement was to promote equality and social justice, it has now turned into a competition for who can be the most “woke.” This has led to a shift towards performative displays of wokeness, such as bringing children to events where drag queens sexually dance in front of them. While some argue that exposing children to alternative forms of sexuality is necessary to promote acceptance and inclusivity, others question the impact that these displays may have on young minds. It is important to consider the potential consequences of these actions and ensure that the focus remains on promoting education and empathy, rather than simply competing for woke badges of honor.

What we do know is that mainstream media is pushing this narrative, and woke authorities are promoting it heavily. It’s a confusing and odd phenomenon, but as long as parents can choose what their children are exposed to, that’s the key.

We also need to make sure that this is about the kids and not just about the parents. A woke virtue signaling badge of honor isn’t worth the years of therapy that children may need after being exposed to these new ideologies. Rational thought is needed now more than ever.

At the heart of the problem lies the question of what we are trying to achieve with woke ideologies. While the original goal of promoting equality and social justice was noble, it has morphed into a competition to see who can be the most “woke”. The focus has shifted from meaningful change to performative displays of wokeness.

We need to refocus on the original goal of the movement and work towards meaningful change. This means having honest conversations about race, gender, and other sensitive topics. It means promoting education and empathy, not performative displays of wokeness.

In the end, the goal of any movement should be to make the world a better place. Are we making the world a better place? Should children see full grown men in sexualized outfits? Let’s make sure that we are working towards that goal, rather than competing for woke badges of honor. This is about the kids not about the adults.
