CDC updates coronavirus face mask (Double Masking)

The CDC or has announced that double masking is now effective. The Center for Disease Control says placing a cloth mask over a surgical mask and using a properly fitted cover effectively lowered coronavirus spread.

The new guidance advises adhering to two critical steps: 1) making sure the mask fits snugly against the face and 2) making sure the cover has layers to “keep your respiratory droplets in and others’ out.”

Additionally, the CDC advises using a mask with a nose wire is also very helpful.
