I don’t know about you, but I haven’t had this happen to me before. There’s a trend on the internet where hot girls offer to do chores topless in exchange for free rent. I’m not sure if this is legit, but it’s raising some eyebrows. Is this scenario something you would entertain? Let’s take a poll and see what do you think? Is this a good idea or not? So, of course, we need to make a hypothetical out of this scenario. Here is a hypothetical situation: you are a single, twenty-year-old man and get an offer from a pretty girl. She says she needs a place to stay and does not have much money. She says she would pay some rent but plans to make up for what she doesn’t pay by doing favors around the house. These favors include cleaning the house and making food. And even better, she offers to do the chores topless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offering to do chores topless to a young single guy for low-cost or rent-free living is always attractive, but what are you getting in return? There are so many things that can go wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you let a woman stay rent-free in your home, be prepared for the consequences. This scenario could play out great, but more likely than not, she’ll start to ignore the dishes, won’t vacuum anymore, and tell you to make your own dinner. Then, she’ll serve you with a piece of paper that states you need to give her 30 days’ notice before kicking her out. This is why it’s important to have an agreement beforehand. Protect yourself by setting some ground rules and knowing what to expect if you ever find yourself in this situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
