Russia has been telling the world for the last few weeks it will happen. American Review Org also called this event happening back in January.

This invasion is not what anyone wanted to see, but it does create future implications. This event will also probably provoke China to take over Taiwan. These happenings are not a surprise.

What is a surprise is Joe Biden’s mishandling of the situation? It is clear this event is very touchy, so we can give him credit for not throwing us into a World War as of February 24th 2022. But, it does seem like Biden will further damage the US economy in the wake of the invasion.

Joe Biden seems like he has been caught off guard with Russia invading Ukraine. The reality is Russia has planned the event for years. They have set in place backup plans against US and NATO retaliation.

One example is the sanctions that will be imposed on Russia. The reality is these sanctions will hurt Europe and the United States worse than they will hurt Russia. Joe Biden is willing to increase American gas prices to attempt to look strong in the eyes of the world. The United States is already on a path to recession. Adding more strain on supply chains will only accelerate the damage to the US economy.

Meanwhile, Russia has already made arrangements with China to be the default financial backer. The Joe Biden sanctions will actually increase Russia and Chinas relationship.

The end result, Biden and Harris are going to tell us that we must bear the cost to defend freedom in Ukraine. The poor decisions and lack of planning will cause Americans to struggle with higher prices.

Of course, this is a better scenario than nuclear war.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine is not a surprise.
